Assist with the marketing and communication of Energy and Innovation services.
Liaise with sub-contractors where errors are found.
Assist in ensuring the Company is in line with Health & Safety procedures, to protect your safety and others around you
Maximise profitability and cash benefit for the company.
Prepare relevant technical documents and proposals under the direction of other Advisors / Senior Advisors.
Undertake general administrative tasks on behalf of the Energy and Innovation team, ensuring systems are up to date in line with GDPR / client contracts and modify accordingly.
Collate all relevant information from sub-contractors.
Assist with funding Applications.
Where appropriate, attend external events and represent Equans at exhibitions and conferences.
To build up relationships with site teams, office staff, clients, and their representatives.
Provide assistance and administration to the Energy and Innovation team in the delivery of energy efficiency and microgeneration works.
Maintain relevant spreadsheets to track workload.
Checking each application for compliance with the appropriate requirements
Assist operational teams across multiple projects with advice and support on energy and innovation projects
To liaise with all staff, clients, consultants, and residents in a professional manner
Promote the Company Sustainability Mission and participate in Company Training and Development.
Assist with the accurate submission of documents to external partners to ensure draw down of funding, including:
Ensure that all emails and telephone calls are dealt with appropriately, professionally and in a timely manner.

Prior experience of social housing industry
A confident and adaptable communication style (written and verbal)
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

Ability to review detail quickly and accurately from numerous documents.
Excellent analytical skills.
Be able to utilise knowledge and experience to ensure quick and accurate solutions are offered
Effective organisation and planning skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Possess a pro-active approach to work.
Understand Ofgem’s requirements for delivery of the Energy Companies Obligation (ECO),
Previous administration experience
Good verbal and written communicator
Ability to liaise with external organisations working to strict deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team.
A self-motivated conscientious approach but with the ability to work as a team at all levels.
