Track progress and provide feedback to leadership to ensure a successful program experience.
Serve as the main point of contact for interns during the program.
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for entry-level positions, billing roles, office admin, and other corporate roles.
Support offer letter preparation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
Assist in extending internship offers and manage intern-to-hire conversion processes.
Register for and coordinate participation in career fairs and on-campus events.
Contribute to improving recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Collaborate with marketing to develop event materials such as banners, tablecloths, brochures, and swag/giveaway materials.
Assist senior recruiters in other hiring initiatives as needed.
Coordinate internship program logistics, including creating itineraries and booking lunch & learns.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and related software, experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
Comfortable coming into the office 4 days a week
Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in related technical and/or human resources field.
