Develop and enforce a standardized process that ensures the loan operations team efficiently advances loan applications from intake through funding.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly operational reports
Deliver management reporting to senior leadership on performance metrics and risk indicators.
Resolve escalated issues and ensure superior client experience.
Oversee daily loan processing activities, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring teams, driving accountability, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Familiarity with loan’s lifecycle activities, including funding, repayment, interest calculation, and loan closing.
Proficiency in reconciliation processes.
Several years as a people manager in loan operations and client service in the public or private sector environment an asset.
Proficiency in producing reporting and metrics for senior management
Post secondary college or university education in a related discipline such as Finance/Business/Economics or equivalent work experience an asset.
