Directly own the product portfolio and drive the process of new product introduction and final launch into the marketplace
Work with nuclear industry groups to maintain a deep knowledge of current product and market developments, in addition to identifying opportunities for new market penetration.
Provide leadership to support potential significant emergent customer issues
Coordinate and monitor strategic direction of agreements and ensure sub-projects are aligned to outcome defined with established agreement metrics
Manage customer relationships at multiple levels of organization
Work to develop and execute launch plans to bring new product introductions to the market and sales account managers by working closely with the Commercial Operations, Product Marketing, Technology and Sourcing teams
Establish and deliver short and long-term sales growth and profitability improvement targets
Develop concepts for new products by collecting and analyzing internal and external customer feedback, market research, emerging technology, and competitive trends
Interact regularly with commercial leaders, directing them on high priority opportunities
Develop and coordinate execution plans to drive improvement
Oversee the total product life cycle utilizing a strategic roadmap (or Growth Product Playbook), interacting with Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Regulatory, Sourcing, Sales and Marketing to drive product platform improvements, differentiation, penetration, and market expansion
Work closely with Finance on planning and execution
Develop growth and competitive strategies for the product line on a global basis
Work closely with cross-functional teams on price exception levels of authority, pricing targets, and execution of product line pricing policy

Proven leadership capabilities with ability to motivate others and achieve results
Experience with product commercialization via NPI tollgate process
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Engineering and/or Services discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in power plant design and system knowledge
Experience with project management, project set-up, risk identification and mitigation strategy development
Strong interpersonal skills, especially in coordinating, communicating with customers.
