As an Arcus Maintenance Technician you will keep client sites fully operational, traveling to various locations within the region to perform repairs, maintenance tasks, and defect resolution. The varied work environment requires delivering quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its dynamic facilities maintenance team in the Dumfries area. The role involves delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites, ensuring high‑quality service and reliability.
The ideal candidate has time‑served experience across several trades, a full valid UK driver’s licence, and confidence working independently and directly with customers. Strong communication, reliability, a solid health and safety knowledge, and comfort with handheld IT devices are essential, with relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications considered a plus.

- Desirable: Experience in a multi‑site retail maintenance environment
- On‑call rota: one week in every four weeks
