The successful candidate will assist in planning and coordinating construction activities related to plumbing and HVAC systems, while also providing administrative support to the projects department as needed. Tasks are generally performed within defined procedures and timelines, with occasional non‑routine work requiring initiative, organization, and strong time‑management skills.
Applicants must hold at least a high school diploma, with a degree considered a plus, and have 2‑3 years of construction‑related administrative experience. The role requires proficiency with office equipment, electronic filing using alphanumeric systems, and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong communication, attention to detail, and a self‑motivated work ethic are essential.
The position is full‑time, onsite, and does not offer remote work or sponsorship.
