Manage end-to-end competitive bid process for assigned categories.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned.
Lead the review and measurement of the effectiveness of the strategy.
Review and approve vendor set up and vendor information changes.
Manage the negotiation, development, implementation, amendments, and monitoring of supplier contractual agreements.
Monitor supplier performance measurement and management.
Achieve improvements in operational efficiencies and cost savings as a result.
Lead the identification and implementation of performance metrics to measure supplier performance.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that maximize value and mitigate risks to clients and BGIS.
Manage team member recognition focus with development and implementation of action plans to improve team member survey satisfaction scores.
Lead talent searches, selection, hiring, on-boarding, training, team member engagement, development, performance management, and compensation recommendations.
Provide direction to Sourcing team communicating objectives and expectations to meet business objectives.
Develop, recommend, and implement category plans.
Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Report on supplier sustainability and supplier performance for assigned categories.
Provide category and strategic sourcing subject matter expertise.
Maintain in-depth and current category knowledge and strategic sourcing best practices and industry trends.
Direct team prioritizing initiatives and setting weekly, monthly and annual goals.
Lead and perform opportunities assessment activities and drives leverage across all client accounts.
Develop and maintain standard templates for strategic sourcing documentations including but not limited to contract agreements, scopes of work, service level agreements, and letters of agreements.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimum cost and maximum value.

Highly advanced influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Construction Management, Engineering or other relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Supply Chain Management Professional Designation preferred.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio.
Working knowledge of SharePoint.
Advanced ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
High degree of client service orientation, business ethics, and accountability.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Working knowledge of typical mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems associated to critical environments preferred.
Ability to quickly learn proprietary databases.
Five years of experience in procurement or supply chain management or related field.
