IT Application Specialist/ IT Product Owner

Description

• Support IT solutions roll-out and user adoption in regional organization and business functions
• Provide support to application key users, covering functionality, incidents and problem resolution - these queries will be recorded using my clients ITSM ticket tool
• Prepare information and maintain technical documentation/material
• Support the evaluation, configuration and deployment of selected new applications
• Handle/analyse application incidents - troubleshooting of the key solution incidents. Act as technical expert for user support issues
• Perform end user administration and security configuration, e.g. account creation and permission changes
• Hands on technical configuration of key applications, including application enhancements and upgrades
• Provide functional support, drive adoption, and Identify the need for user training, working with SME's and Product Managers to support training of key business applications
• Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications

Requirements

My client is seeking an experienced Application Specialist or Product Owner PLM who will support the PLM user community by continually enhancing my clients applications and resolving user queries raised against them. This includes incident and access request management and collaborating with IT Product Owners, SME's and the user community on solution improvement discussions.

Required to have experience of ENOVIA

• Bachelors in Information Technology or similar area, or other relevant degree
• Knowledge of ITIL (nice to have)
• Knowledge/experience in: MQL, TCL
• Knowledge and practical experience of the key application in scope, administration, configuration, support, security model
• Experience in an IT support/help desk or SW support environment is preferable
• 4 years experience with Enovia
