This is a key role in our company, leading top of the funnel sales activities for the firm. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will thrive in a “high risk, high reward” type of environment.

  • A coachable and collaborative demeanor with strong teamwork skills
  • Active Real Estate License - Must be licensed under the Real Estate Council Alberta.
  • Ability to initiate contact with and pursue C-level executives.
  • Utilizes professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level
  • Excellent professional writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and needs
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated approach to understanding prospective client needs and implementing outreach strategies
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
  • Experience with high-volume strategic outbound prospecting
