Prepare and submit monthly financial reporting packages and supporting schedules to corporate accounting.
Ensure all accounting entries comply with GAAP and internal policies.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including inventory, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
Own and execute all site-level accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivables, journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for the site, ensuring deadlines are met and results are accurate.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit requests.
Collaborate with site operations and corporate teams on financial reporting, system improvements, and process consistency.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
Monitor and validate transactions impacting the general ledger (e.g., payroll, purchasing, inventory).
Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by the Corporate Controller.

Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA and engineering and construction experience a plus.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Comfortable with hybrid work, splitting time between Westminster HQ and site locations, with approximately 50% travel.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.
Effective communicator able to partner across departments and functions.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
