The IT ERP Analyst III is responsible for designing and delivering solutions that meet the requirements of Regal’s Manufacturing business. The role requires comprehensive techno‑functional expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing) as well as knowledge of Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Inventory Optimization within Oracle VCP. The analyst must ensure on‑time, first‑time‑right delivery for complex projects and kaizen events, resolve production incidents within SLAs, conduct root‑cause analysis, and continuously improve system performance and reliability while coaching team members.
Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating high‑level and detailed system specifications, developing and testing enhancements (RICEW/CEMLI), and supporting functional, integration, regression, and user‑acceptance testing. The analyst coordinates both onsite and offshore technical developers, adheres to release, change, and configuration management processes, and designs reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows to enhance Oracle EBS/VCP solutions and integrate them with other applications.
The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least eight years of experience building and supporting Oracle EBS Manufacturing solutions in a global environment, including multiple full‑lifecycle implementations. Technical expertise must include Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, OA Framework, and data‑loading tools, as well as familiarity with Demantra, Inventory Optimization, and advanced supply chain planning. Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or APICS certification, professional Oracle or supply‑chain certifications, and UNIX shell scripting experience.
