Collaborate with office and regional leadership to develop strategic growth plans and optimize staff utilization;
Provide technical leadership and oversight in stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, SWPPP preparation;

Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment, and to mentor project and staff engineers;
Contribute to technical and proposal writing with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound judgment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences;
