- Participate in logistical, delivery and work force planning with project personnel.
- Attend project progress meetings and track work progress, budget and schedule.
- Oversees all cost estimating, budgeting, cost management and control, scheduling, change and risk management, and management information system and reporting activities within an aviation program.
- Reviews, analyzes, and monitors actual project performance related to cost and schedule management activities.
- Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.

- Manages program control activities through all capital project lifecycle phases on client capital projects.
- Reviews, analyzes, and interprets project budgets, schedules, and costs to ensure conformance with authorized scope, time, and financial requirements.
