As an Architecture Design Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between design, procurement, production, and execution teams. You will manage technical documentation, oversee material submittals, prepare accurate BOQs, and conduct occasional site visits to verify details.
In addition, you will actively engage in presenting to potential clients, creating and delivering compelling design presentations, developing proposal materials, and managing the entire project proposal cycle—from initial concept through submission—ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with client expectations. Your role will bridge design and execution phases, ensuring quality, precision, and timely delivery of fit-out projects.
- Maintain documentation of R&D findings, technical approvals, and project records.
- Assist site teams with installation methods and resolve technical issues.
- Create, refine, and present design presentations for company introductions and client proposals.
- Conduct research and development on new materials, products, and hardware systems.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs for technical items.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with prospective clients, engaging in detailed discussions to understand their requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and manage tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify new opportunities, maintain and update a structured database of prospective projects, and follow up to convert leads into awarded contracts.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for hardware and complex detail integration in shop drawings.
