- Support tendering and pre-construction with HSEQ input as needed
- Deliver training and toolbox talks for site staff and subcontractors
- Implement best practice and drive continuous improvement across sites
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and investigations
- Lead and manage all site-based health, safety, and environmental functions
