S’assurer que l’équipe responsable des systèmes électriques atteint les objectifs des indicateurs de rendement clé (IRC), et intervenir immédiatement en cas d’écart entre le rendement réel et l’objectif.
Consigner tous les changements permanents, comme les renseignements sur les coûts ainsi que les nouveaux processus ou les nouvelles procédures.
