The Safety & Health Coordinator is an individual contributor who provides administrative support and coordinates safety and health programs at a Marvin manufacturing facility, ensuring a safe, healthy, and accident‑free environment that meets OSHA and best‑practice standards. The role reports through the Operations structure at the designated location.
In this position you will work closely with department leaders, employees, and site management to foster a best‑in‑class safety culture, drive continuous improvement through leading and lagging indicators, and support both preventative and corrective safety initiatives across the facility.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and computer skills, a comfort with technology, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both management and frontline associates. A willingness to grow within the safety field, pursue additional training, travel modestly, and work occasional non‑core hours while remaining physically active on the shop floor is essential.
