Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply, to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and building codes
Write clear and concise reports detailing inspection findings and recommendations
Raise and follow up on inspection observations and NCRs.
Perform site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer
Attend pressure tests, balancing, and commissioning sessions.
Document contractor activities, including personnel, equipment, location, and methods utilized
Maintain accurate records of contractor manpower and equipment resources on a daily basis
Process incoming inspection requests and technical submittals, taking necessary actions as required
Read and interpret package contract documents, detailed drawings, and specifications, including any associated updates
Apply and enforce quality control procedures and quality assurance processes on-site
Monitor contractor compliance with standards and specifications through observation, measurements, and testing
Inspect HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
Coordinate daily with other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by contractors
Check equipment installation, pipe routing, and system supports.
Verify compliance with material submittals and method statements.
