- Hold minimum Grade 12 or equivalent; Gas Technician 3 required (Gas Tech 2 preferred)
- possess an Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card and a valid Class G driver’s license
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby duties
- Physically capable of lifting 15 kg and working in varied weather conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous HVAC experience or knowledge of heating, cooling, and boiler trades preferred
