Hydro-blasting Subject Matter Expert

• Maintain communication with supervisors to ensure proper scheduling and resource allocation
• Maintain documentation, enforce policies, and provide training and feedback to field staff
• Manage day-to-day job activities via field support personnel
• Participate in On-Call Emergency Response teams
• Coordinate logistics and ensure project pre-conditions (permits, site access, etc.) are met
• Review work orders and ensure job clarity, readiness, and client expectations are understood
• Lead field operations including personnel, equipment, and job execution
• Deliver services aligned with company goals: safety, quality, customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth
• Communicate job progress to Operations Management and other stakeholders
• Implement and enforce site-specific Health & Safety Plans

EnerMech's Industrial Services Operations team is seeking an experienced Hydro blasting Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is central to field operations, overseeing job safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability. The SME is expected to manage multiple scopes simultaneously while ensuring commercial obligations are met.

• Ability to read and implement job-specific Work and Safety Plans
• Valid driver's license & TWIC
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate in hazardous environments
• Deep knowledge of hydro blasting, piping/vessel cleaning, and equipment (15k-40k PSI pumps, rotating and auto hose feed systems)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of job costing, contracts, OSHA standards, and operational safety
• 10+ years of experience running hydro blasting crews
