Junior Architect (Full-Time)

• Research materials, building codes, and design solutions as required.
• Assist in preparing conceptual designs, municipal drawings, and GFC (Good For Construction) drawings.
• Support the preparation of detailed working drawings and presentation materials.
• Support site visits and project execution when needed.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors during various project stages.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our senior architects and project teams on residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Basic understanding of municipal norms, DCPR, and approval processes.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience or background in preparing municipal drawings is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design software.
• Exposure to the complete project lifecycle — from design to execution.
