As part of Intersect’s Capital Markets team, you’ll help deliver the financing strategies that make our large-scale clean energy projects possible. You’ll support the execution of structured finance transactions including non-recourse debt, tax equity, portfolio financings, and hybrid facilities while working closely with lenders, investors, consultants, attorneys, and internal partners. Track and report on performance across active financings, ensuring transparency and accuracy
