We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Coordinator (Consultant) to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s ERP system across all business functions. The role involves coordinating end-to-end ERP activities related to manufacturing, production, BOM planning, procurement, sales, stores, inventory, accounts, and job work operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow, process efficiency, and user adoption across departments.

Assist in ERP implementation, testing (including UAT), upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Leverage AI and automation tools within the ERP ecosystem to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
Provide daily ERP user support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and query handling.
Conduct user training sessions, prepare user manuals/documentation, and ensure ERP adoption across teams.
Stay updated with ERP advancements, patches, and best practices to ensure system optimization
Administer and coordinate ERP modules covering Manufacturing, Production, BOM (Bill of Materials), Procurement, Sales, Accounts, HRM, and Inventory Management.
Assist in automation of manual tasks through RPA or AI-based solutions.
Configure, maintain, and support ERP workflows, approvals, and master data across departments.
Work closely with IT to resolve software bugs, access issues, and performance concerns.
Generate regular management reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
Collaborate with data and business analysts to develop dashboards and reports for real-time performance tracking.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure accurate BOM and routing setup for new and existing products to support effective production planning.
Support CRM workflows to improve sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
Identify process gaps and recommend system or workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and automation.
Act as a liaison between end-users and the technical/IT support team to ensure timely resolution of system-related issues.

Experience: 3-5 years

Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, purchase, sales, CRM, inventory, warehouse, and finance workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in user support, documentation, and training.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic database handling.
