- Two years of trade school or completion of a documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, or other craft skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and JLL safety culture.
- Proactive in identifying and proposing cost savings.
- Ability to serve as interim Chief Engineer during absences.
- Technology proficiency requires experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel along with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and various internet-based software applications for work order management and reporting.
- Experience qualifications require a minimum of four years of comprehensive technical experience in all aspects of building engineering including packaged HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, production equipment repair, and general building maintenance and repair activities.
