Understanding of financial reports, budgetary guidelines, and project expenditures.
Ability to delegate work, problem-solve, evaluate performance, and interact professionally with various stakeholders.
Experience with high-speed aerosol and/or liquid filling processes.
7+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with preference for experience in a CPG company.
ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and production management.
Experience in Lean manufacturing and CPG environments.
