Holiday & Leave Management: Maintain the team’s holiday schedule, track staff annual leave, and ensure weekly scheduling is accurate.
Site Access & Dispatch: Coordinate daily site access requirements, issue work orders via Uisce Éireann’s portal as an external contractor, and dispatch instructions to electrical teams.
Quotations & Purchasing: Prepare and issue purchase quotations for materials and equipment; liaise with onsite teams to track orders and deliveries.
General Administration: document control as required, filing, phone and email communication, data entry, and support with project paperwork, along with any further ad hoc duties as required by the project manager.
Multitasking & Prioritisation: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to the needs of both office and site teams.
Weekly Timesheets: Collect, verify, and process weekly timesheets from electricians and site teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the accounts department.

Experience in administration (3 years +), experience in construction, electrical, or engineering industries is a bonus.
