Commercial & Financial Control: Lead CVR and monthly reporting; ensure timely applications for payment; maximise cash flow and profit while minimising risk.
Supply Chain & Procurement: Vet and onboard subcontractors aligned to programme and commercial requirements; drive continuous improvement with partners.
Business Development: Build pipeline and future workload; develop relationships across the social housing market to originate and convert opportunities (PQQs, ITTs, bids).
Safety, Health & Environment: Champion a safety-first culture; ensure all projects comply with HS&E legislation, company management systems and site plans.
Operational Leadership: Determine project set-up, roles and responsibilities; oversee programmes (critical path, float, risk & opportunity) and resource allocation.
Quality & Assurance: Embed robust procedures and auditing; promote knowledge-sharing and best practice across the sector.
Risk Management: Lead risk and opportunity management, assigning clear ownership and actions.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a clear sector business plan (including V-MOST tactics); set objectives and ensure delivery of contract and divisional targets.
