The Cost Manager role is based in the South East or Anglia, focusing on water, environment, and power transmission and distribution infrastructure. You will join the Buildings & Places Infrastructure team, providing accurate, value‑driven cost services for high‑profile capital projects.
In this position you will manage cost throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial business case and feasibility studies through to commissioning and final accounts. The role involves cost planning, contract procurement, tender preparation, risk and dispute management, and post‑contract reporting.
