Manage shared Procurement mailbox and direct calls/emails accordingly; screen phone calls/solicitors per supervisor’s instructions; handle routine items, pass others on to supervisor.

Oversee and/or process day-to-day administrative items per supervisor's authorization, i.e. document control, data entry, expense reports, supply requisitions, incoming mail, update vendor contact list, take and distribute meeting minutes as requested, etc.
