- Review and optimize suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, and availability.
- Approve purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services.
- Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Guide staff on negotiation, renegotiation, and contract administration with suppliers and vendors.
- Approve purchases of high-quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and in correct quantities.

- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field.
- Experience in construction materials management, procurement for data centers, or as an electrical equipment buyer is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, customer service, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals, and other technical data.
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
