Assisting the Community Manager in subsequent orientation, training and scheduling of all leasing and office personnel.
Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and behavior for oneself and all personnel at all times.
Assisting the Community Manager in designing and implementing a resident retention program, i.e., a newsletter or social activities.
Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
Inspect model, office, and vacant units as necessary to ensure marketability. Ensure on-site office is organized and files are maintained as required. Inspect all make-readies.
Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the community.
Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Assist with the lease renewal program with initial contact and follow-up on residents.
Efficient and timely reporting, maintenance and submission of all administrative forms, files and reports. Post rent to MRI. Perform bookkeeping functions as necessary.
Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all necessary administrative supplies and equipment for the office staff.
Responsible for ensuring efficient and courteous response to all resident requests.
