  • Implementing UU's demand reduction strategy, measuring the success of key interventions to achieve regulatory targets.
  • Project managing water efficiency projects, including ensuring delivery to timescales and assessing costs and benefits.
  • Establish relationships with teams across the business to obtained Subject matter expert support to help with successful delivery of plans e.g. customer communications, water operations, business retail etc.
  • Monitoring spends against the projects, discussing budget availability with the Water Efficiency Manger.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with key suppliers, ensuring delivery of outputs to time, cost and quality requirements.
  • Managing a plan of customer-focused demand reduction and awareness initiatives, acting to ensure the plan is delivered effectively and suggesting continuous improvements.
  • Responsible for ensuring key deliverables achieve demand reduction and assessing how this contributes to overall demand.
  • To obtain customer feedback based on delivered outputs and use them to inform future projects.
  • Build and manage effective relationships within and outside of UU.
  • Planning and delivery management to achieve pre agreed targets and deadlines.
