- Compile data on the Stage Gate process and deliverable templates based on feedback from internal teams
- Compile best practice templates for submission to knowledge management database
- Support the COE in its strategic initiatives including compliance with the Stage Gate templates and process, development process and procedures governance frameworks, and the Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Support ad hoc COE initiatives and projects
- Draft or update templates as required for the Stage Gate
- Preparing reports to update committees and management on Stage Gate process, data and COE initiatives
- Support COE initiatives such as project tracking systems, development of dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress on key performance metrics, timelines, and budgets
- Support to format policies and procedures relating to Stage Gates e.g. governance, development policies, best practices
