Actively participate in industry events, network with key decision makers, influence industry contacts and collaborate internally to create business opportunities
Effectively perform needs analysis assessments, qualify opportunities, develop sales presentations, proposals and estimates for clearly defined pursuits
Effectively build relationships with decision makers and operational staff
Be a trusted advisor to your client base by assessing capital needs, building technology roadmaps and building relationships throughout organizations
Collaborate on Facility Performance Management pursuits for New Construction opportunities, developing performance and financial models to illustrate quantified value for prospects
Establish regular and consistent educational sessions with customers in core vertical markets
Work directly with building owners to identify and establish KPI’s that can be directly measured and reported on by installed technology offerings (SaaS)
Prospect and identify new customers to sell Modern Niagara’s offerings. Confidently and persuasively connecting our offerings to their business needs
Manage and strategically grow financial results for assigned Modern Niagara accounts.
