- Test Data Pipelines – Ensure correctness of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline transformations.
- Flex Across Roles – Contribute beyond QA where needed (data queries, bug triage, API validation, prompt testing).
- Perform Exploratory & Adversarial Testing – Actively stress test models with edge cases to evaluate robustness.
- Validate Model Outputs – Test predictions against golden datasets and real-world scenarios; identify hallucinations, drift, or unexpected outcomes.
- Integrate with CI/CD Pipelines – Partner with engineers to embed testing into continuous delivery workflows.
- Automate Testing – Build and maintain automated tests for APIs, data flows, and integration points.
- Validate Prototypes – Run lightweight validation of Labs demos to ensure credibility in stakeholder sessions.
- Design AI-Specific Test Plans – Develop strategies focused on model behavior, data integrity, bias detection, and edge cases.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and product owners to align QA efforts with business and technical goals.
- Monitor Model Quality – Track AI metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and monitor for drift or performance degradation over time.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
- 6+ years of QA/validation experience, with at least 2+ years focused on automation-first testing.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related area

- Curiosity, adaptability, and active use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Strong background in automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.) and scripting (Python, JavaScript, C#).
