- Diploma with 5+ years of hands-on paint/coating lab experience.
- Bachelor's degree with some hands-on paint/coating lab experience (co-op or industrial internship preferred).
- Expertise in chemistry, paint, coating, polymer, and polymer chemistry.
- Experience working with and making paint or coatings, with a preference for architectural paint.
- Associate's degree with 2+ years of hands-on paint/coating lab experience.
