General Foreman

Description

The Electric Division foreman leads large‑scale commercial and industrial electrical projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion. This role serves as the primary on‑site contact, enforces safety protocols, maintains quality standards, and provides accurate reporting to stakeholders. • Lead and manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
• Ensure work complies with code, contract specifications, and deadlines
• Act as primary on‑site contact for assigned projects
• Direct self‑performed crews and subcontractors in the field
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries to stay on schedule
• Track project costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit required deliverables
• Enforce safety protocols and support job site safety initiatives
• Oversee quality control and maintain high workmanship standards
• Communicate with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed
• Provide accurate, timely field reporting updates
• Mentor and coach field teams on execution and best practices
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
• Manage multiple projects, customers, and personnel simultaneously

Requirements

The position requires the ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk for extended periods, work outdoors in extreme weather, and lift up to 80 lb. Travel may reach 100% with overnight stays, and a valid driver’s license and safe driving history are required.
