Responsible for understanding and following Asset key policy
Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically
Enforce policies of the community that the immediate supervisor delegates
Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
Responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in
The employee is occasionally required to work in an overhead position and reach, adjust or move objects up to 25 lbs., operate machinery and power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned, identify and inspect objects, work in extremely low or high temperatures, work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind, work in small and/or enclosed spaces, traverse flat and non-flat terrain
Responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas, including make-ready units and common areas
Responsible for cleaning and upkeep daily of community’s offices, amenities, etc.

Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry;
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
