  • Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients.

  • Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Have relevant experience in a similar property management role.
  • Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team.
  • Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail.
  • Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (essential).
  • Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports.
  • Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property).
  • Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously.
