- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Have relevant experience in a similar property management role.
- Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team.
- Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail.
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (essential).
- Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports.
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property).
- Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously.
