- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Forecast spare parts requirements based on equipment usage and wear.
- Monitor and control inventory costs and budgets.
- Maintain and update preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and systems.
- Prepare reports on inventory status and key metrics.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of spare parts.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems and implement or coordinate repairs.
- Create, issue, and close work order for maintenance tasks.
- Prepare report, charts, summary of maintenance activities and downtime history.
- Keep the maintenance area clean and organized and tools in good working order.
- Perform the required preventative maintenance activities listed in Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain corporate assets and prevent unexpected breakdowns properly.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels.
- Perform general clerical duties (filing, scanning, copying, posting notices, etc).
- Manage and oversee the spare parts inventory system.
- Perform preventative maintenance routinely on equipment.

- Experience with preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls is strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with inventory control and spare parts management
- Associate degree or higher in a technical or business field preferred
- Experience working with CMMS platforms
- Must be able to maintain Forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to manage projects with deadlines and budgets
- 3 years’ experience in a maintenance or industrial environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

- The salary range for this position is $29 - $38. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
