Project Delivery: assisting with specifications, contract administration, site inspections, and project coordination
Heritage Consultancy: supporting heritage statements, impact assessments, planning and LBC submissions
Building Surveys: assisting with measured surveys, reports, defect diagnosis, conservation-led recommendations
Hands-on project, survey, and heritage experience from day one
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to get involved
A full UK driving licence and access to a car

Strong written communication skills
A RICS-accredited degree or a RICS- and IHBC-accredited degree
