The Senior Project Manager (or Project Manager) in the Project & Development Services team will oversee commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects for tenants and landlords across sectors such as retail, industrial, hospitality and education. The role covers the full project lifecycle—from initiation and design through construction to handover—handling projects of varying value and complexity.
Key duties include preparing project specifications, timelines and tender documents, sourcing and procuring vendors, coordinating multiple projects concurrently to avoid downtime, and delivering weekly progress reports to stakeholders. The manager is responsible for keeping each project on budget and on schedule while managing quality and risk.
Successful candidates have 3–10 years of interior fit‑out project management experience in a design‑build, consultancy or contractor setting, and a degree in a relevant field. They are client‑centric problem solvers who can engage internal and external stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and thrive under pressure with a structured, organised approach.
Core competencies include schedule, cost, quality and risk management, value‑engineering, buildability analysis, and the ability to translate client needs into commercial assessments and proposals. The role also demands strong business acumen, urgency in problem‑solving, resilience, and proficiency with digital project‑management tools.
