Supervises a crew of one or more service technicians, groundskeepers, and or janitorial staff.
Read and use the electrical schematic drawings attached to appliances, HVAC units and water meters
Repair and maintenance of residential branch circuitry including receptacles, switches, and light fixtures; and the electrical systems of appliances, HVAC units and water heaters
Repair damaged drywall to a ‘like-new’ appearance
Perform snow removal and ice-melt chemical application when necessary

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Trouble-shoot diagnostic issues to reduce reliance upon outside contractors
HVAC training and certification preferred
