Ensure full compliance with Kanadevia Inova’s QHSE requirements, internal policies, and external regulations.
Identify development and succession planning opportunities for the blue-collar workforce.
Manage workwear and PPE inventory, distribution, and timely replacements.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, work hours, and standby coverage.
Act as Line Manager for blue-collar employees, providing supervision and guidance.
Ensure compliance with Kanadevia Inova processes and procedures across the team.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation for site personnel.
Record and track incidents, deviations, and improvement actions in alignment with the Management System.
Arrange tools, equipment, and material delivery to ensure operational readiness.
Maintain accurate and current workforce data in planning systems (e.g., WSP).
Allocate and mobilise field personnel to project sites in line with approved plans and operational requirements.
Collaborate with P&C, Finance, Spare Parts, and Technical Services to support personnel operations.

Strong QHSE awareness and commitment to safe working practices.
Strong understanding of QHSE standards and onsite industrial or construction environments.
Demonstrable experience in manpower planning, workforce coordination, or field administration within industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.
Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Effective communicator with a service-oriented approach.
Proficient with workforce planning tools (e.g., WSP) and Microsoft Office; ERP experience (IFS preferred) is advantageous.
Experience working within a matrix organisation and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Highly organised, reliable, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
Experience in heavy industry, ideally service type work and line management of technicians and operatives.
Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
