  • Support the adoption of business tools such as Monday.com, Power Apps, Promapp, Procore, Yardi.
  • Owns process mapping, governance, and ongoing process health.
  • Lead, own, and champion excellence in business process
  • Champion data accuracy, consistency, and governance across financial systems, including Yardi and other operational platforms.
  • Partner with the business to identify pain points and uncover opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Lead the design, development, and management of Power BI dashboards and analytics, leveraging knowledge in analytics, visualisations and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external developers.
  • Maintain alignment with Group IT to ensure scalability, security, and cross-functional system integration.
  • Deliver automated reporting and forecasting tools using platforms like Power BI, Power Automate, and Yardi.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of business technology projects—from scoping and design through to implementation, transition guidance, business process update, and support.

  • Strong background in Finance or Accounting, with the ability to translate financial requirements into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in improving business processes (including financial processes) and reporting through automation and system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with integrating finance and operational systems (e.g., Yardi, Procore, Monday.com) for improved reporting and process automation.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, data analytics, and visualisation principles, with proven expertise in Power BI.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing relationships with vendors, consultants, and development partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and operational property management systems, particularly Yardi, and their integration/relationship with other platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CBAP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate) and experience integrating them with enterprise systems preferred.
  • Experience leading end-to-end technology projects, from requirements gathering and design through to implementation, change management, and post-go-live support.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in business process transformation, BI solution delivery, and enterprise technology implementation.
