Strong background in Finance or Accounting, with the ability to translate financial requirements into technical solutions.
Demonstrated success in improving business processes (including financial processes) and reporting through automation and system enhancements.
Familiarity with integrating finance and operational systems (e.g., Yardi, Procore, Monday.com) for improved reporting and process automation.
Strong understanding of business intelligence, data analytics, and visualisation principles, with proven expertise in Power BI.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing relationships with vendors, consultants, and development partners.
In-depth knowledge of financial and operational property management systems, particularly Yardi, and their integration/relationship with other platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CBAP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
Practical knowledge of workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate) and experience integrating them with enterprise systems preferred.
Experience leading end-to-end technology projects, from requirements gathering and design through to implementation, change management, and post-go-live support.
3–5 years’ experience in business process transformation, BI solution delivery, and enterprise technology implementation.
