Work with the Field Trainer on individual performance, abilities, and capacities of the installers.
Work with the Installation Manager to ensure the daily installation schedule is attained.
Assist as needed with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of third-party independent installers.
Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
Assist third-party installation partners on job sites as needed with product staging and transport.
May be responsible for properly installation various company home solution products in customer’s homes based on volume and staffing.
Assist the Installation Manager in daily operations of the installation department including job production scheduling, warehouse and inventory distribution and counts, service scheduling and resolution, and pre-construction walkthroughs.
Partner with Service and Sales Operations teams to proactively address customer issues and resolve on first service call.
Perform administrative duties such as building job packets and solving funding issues.
Accurately enter job orders into the operations app for scheduling, inventory, and job costing purposes.
Follow established job site safety rules, OHSA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.
Order product based on job specs and products related to the installation process to maintain adequate stock and custom inventory.
Work with the office administrative staff to ensure organized work and flow of jobs from schedule to installation completion.
May be responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks, inclusive of shipping and receiving, as well as checking merchandise depending on location.
Collaborate with all office and corporate functional teams to meet/exceed office and regional goals.

Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.

Experience in skilled trades such as plumbing, electric, carpentry, etc.
Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
Experience in home improvement construction and/or residential installations such as walk-in tubs, windows, stairlifts, water filtration systems, gutter and gutter protection installation, kitchen refacing, etc.
Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
Project management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation to/from job site to perform job duties.
Local travel required.
