Work with staff to forecast and maintain maintenance, repair and replacement stock on assigned projects.
Work with Manager to ensure timely regulatory compliance and reporting.
Comply with all applicable codes, standards, and project specifications (e.g., UFGS, federal regulations).
Order and coordinate inventory of material stock and equipment for all locations.
Review project plans, submittals, and specifications to identify and resolve potential quality issues.
Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget.
Read and understand specifications, reference codes and standards.
Ensure job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
Provide onsite leadership for direct subcontractor workforce, control and direction of all field and construction management activities.
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors and other construction personnel to determine project needs.
Provide onsite Quality Control Management and ensure the project's Quality Control Plan (QCP) is followed.
Monitor and report on project progress.

Demonstrated ability to lead field operations.
Ability to review confidential US security information.
Computer software proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Procore, Prolog or equivalent construction industry Project Management Information System.
Valid USACE/NAVFAC CQ/CM certificate at time of hire is required.
In depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience as project Quality Control Manager.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related technical field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related discipline preferred.
Knowledge of quality assurance practices, construction materials, and methods.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships.
OSHA 30-hour Certification.
Proven experience with OSHA safety standards, building systems, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes.
Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state.
