JOB PURPOSE: This position is to execute the Operations activity, which may include assembling parts, component inspection, paint handling, or quality inspection, at the manufacturing site to build machines and improve product quality to meet facility PQVC requirements. The role requires manual handling of components up to 8 kg during the scheduled shift. Safety is paramount; the employee must follow safe behaviors and highlight any unsafe actions to ensure zero incidents on the production line and throughout the factory. The position also reviews quality checkpoints to achieve zero defects per unit or component where applicable.
Execute daily assigned tasks as per the instruction and within the time specified in the Standard Work Sheet. Adhere to PPEs as specified in the SWS during work execution. Maintain 5S in the respective work location. Ensure adherence to shift start and end times.
Actively participate in daily PID meetings. Generate and work on continuous improvement ideas. Participate in RIWs for the assigned area of responsibility. Achieve the simple goals assigned to the individual. Perform other job duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: Diploma graduates in any specialization with 2‑3 years of minimum work experience in the OE category are required. Drawing reading skills and knowledge of MS Office are preferred, along with basic experience in CMM, measuring instruments, and CBS QM modules. Posting Dates: January 20, 2026 – January 29, 2026.
