Define and execute commercial and business development strategies within the WtX portfolio.
Grow share-of-wallet with existing clients while actively acquiring new accounts and opportunities.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline across WtX categories, ensuring forecasting accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Field Service, Technical Service, Spare Parts, RSCs, BL WtX and other functions to drive synergy.
Build long-term, strategic customer relationships to support contract renewals and account expansion.
Travel as required within the region to support key accounts and business development.
Oversee the successful execution of category projects, improving delivery performance and margins.
Lead the implementation of effective project management methodologies across service activities.
Ensure full adherence to QHSE policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all activities.
Drive and uphold a world-class HSEQ culture within the Account Management team.
Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Act as the main escalation point for commercial, contractual, and project-related issues.

Experience as an Account or Service Manager covering the power or energy type industries for a Mechanical Service Contractor, commercially strong with a good project management background but must have Service experience to back this up
