Managing and/or assisting with field review/testing and data collection and preparation of technical/building audits or other investigative reports complete with observations, conclusions, recommendations and repair budgets;
Responsible for budget and schedule control, technical competence, documentation quality and physical appearance of construction work to the Client and Project Team;
Peer review of reports, specification and/or drawings.
Managing and/or assisting with project investigation, reporting, specification and drawing preparation, tendering, project management, quality observation and liaison with clients, contractors and manufacturers, as needed;
Overseeing project team to ensure onsite quality control and adherence to prepared specifications;
Participate in the knowledge sharing culture through meetings and other training opportunities.
Continue technical development through formal and informal training.
Ensure all deliverables are on time, on budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.

Acquire skills that allow you to demonstrate the importance of budget, time management and scheduling.
Excellent technical writing skills. Reporting is to be concise, follow company report formats, and be based on project specific evidence.
Effective, responsive communication skills (verbal and written).
Graduate of Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering, Applied Engineering, or Architectural Technology with more than 7 years of related building science / building envelope problem solving experience including investigation and report, design and construction documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficiency in design related software is considered an asset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure clients are responded to and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
